Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs to support the AI platform.
- Optimize system performance to handle high volumes of candidate data and AI interviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure platform stability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Backend Engineer or similar software development role.
- Strong proficiency in modern backend languages and framework architectures.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and database schemas.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with AI integration or machine learning pipelines is a plus.
