Mindrift is seeking a skilled Chatbot Developer to join the Tendem project. In this role, known as an AI Pilot, you will build sophisticated conversational bots and messaging platform integrations within a hybrid AI-human environment. You will collaborate with AI agents to handle repetitive tasks while providing high-level bot engineering expertise and conversational design judgment to enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy conversational bots for WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord platforms.
- Integrate messaging APIs into the Tendem hybrid AI-human environment.
- Apply conversational design principles to improve bot interaction quality.
- Collaborate with AI agents to automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows.
- Perform quality control and iterative testing on bot responses and logic.
Requirements
- Proven experience with WhatsApp Business API, Telegram Bot API, and Discord API.
- Strong background in bot engineering and conversational AI development.
- Ability to design intuitive user flows for messaging-based interfaces.
- Experience working in remote, agile development environments.
- Proficiency in programming languages suitable for backend bot development.
