In this role, acting as an AI Pilot, you will build sophisticated conversational bots and messaging platform integrations within a hybrid AI-human environment. You will collaborate with Tendem Agents to automate repetitive tasks while providing high-level bot engineering expertise and conversational design judgment.

This is a Freelance position based in Kentucky, US, operating in a Remote capacity. This role is not an Internship. The offered salary for this position is 95,781 USD.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy conversational bots using WhatsApp Business, Telegram, and Discord APIs
- Design and implement seamless messaging platform integrations for the Tendem project
- Collaborate with AI agents to optimize workflows and handle repetitive tasks
- Apply conversational design principles to improve user interaction and bot quality
- Maintain and iterate on bot functionality based on performance data and user feedback
Requirements
- Proven experience developing bots for WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord
- Strong proficiency in working with REST APIs and messaging platform documentation
- Ability to implement complex conversational flows and logic
- Experience working within hybrid AI-human environments or AI-driven projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in bot engineering
