You will leverage bot engineering expertise and conversational design to enhance the Tendem ecosystem.

This is a Freelance position based in South Carolina, US, operating in a Remote capacity. This role is not an internship. The offered salary is 95,586 USD.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy conversational bots using WhatsApp Business, Telegram, and Discord APIs
- Collaborate with Tendem Agents to automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows
- Apply conversational design principles to improve user interaction and bot quality
- Integrate messaging platforms into the existing hybrid AI-human environment
- Perform quality control and iterative testing on bot responses and logic
Requirements
- Proven experience developing bots for WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord platforms
- Strong proficiency in working with REST APIs and messaging platform documentation
- Experience with conversational design and AI-driven interaction patterns
- Ability to work independently in a freelance, remote capacity
- Strong problem-solving skills regarding bot engineering and integration
