In this role, acting as an AI Pilot, you will build sophisticated conversational bots and messaging platform integrations within a hybrid AI-human environment. You will collaborate with Tendem Agents to automate repetitive tasks while providing high-level bot engineering and conversational design expertise.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy conversational bots for WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord platforms.
- Integrate messaging APIs into the Tendem hybrid AI-human environment.
- Apply conversational design judgment to improve user interaction flows.
- Collaborate with AI Agents to optimize the handling of repetitive tasks.
- Ensure the technical quality and stability of all bot deployments.
- Iterate on bot functionality based on performance data and user feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience with WhatsApp Business API and Telegram Bot API.
- Strong proficiency in working with the Discord API for bot development.
- Solid understanding of conversational AI and bot engineering principles.
- Ability to work independently in a freelance, remote capacity.
- Experience designing intuitive user flows for messaging interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills within hybrid AI environments.
