You will collaborate with AI agents to automate repetitive tasks while providing high-level bot engineering expertise and conversational design judgment to ensure quality user experiences.

This is a Freelance position based in Manchester, Greater Manchester. The role is operated as a Remote opportunity. This is not an Internship. The offered salary for this position is 100,468 GBP.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy conversational bots for WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord platforms
- Integrate messaging APIs into the Tendem hybrid AI-human environment
- Collaborate with AI agents to optimize workflow and automate repetitive tasks
- Apply conversational design principles to improve user interaction and bot flow
- Perform quality control and iterative testing on bot responses and logic
Requirements
- Proven experience with WhatsApp Business API, Telegram Bot API, and Discord API
- Strong background in bot engineering and conversational AI development
- Ability to work independently in a freelance, remote capacity
- Experience designing intuitive user flows for messaging-based interfaces
- Proficiency in programming languages suitable for backend bot development
