Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Citrix virtualization infrastructure including DaaS and NetScaler
- Implement and manage Citrix App Layering solutions for enterprise environments
- Perform change management and ServiceNow ticket resolution
- Collaborate with cloud teams on AWS and Google Cloud integrations
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and infrastructure management
- Provide exceptional technical support to end users and stakeholders
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Citrix DaaS (Citrix Cloud) and NetScaler
- Proven expertise in Citrix App Layering and virtualization technologies
- Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
