This is a Full-time position based in Mount Rainier, Prince George's County, operating as a 100% Remote role with potential quarterly travel to Washington, D.C. This is not an internship. The annual salary for this position is 114,858 USD.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative data automation solutions to improve business efficiency.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical data engineering and AI specifications.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure data solutions meet customer experience goals.
- Optimize existing data workflows to increase performance and reliability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer or Automation Engineer.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Azure cloud services and data tools.
- Experience implementing AI-based solutions for enterprise-scale data processing.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
