This is a Contract position based in Toronto, Ontario. The role is Remote for candidates physically located in Canada. This is not an Internship. The offered salary for this position is 176,800 CAD.
Responsibilities
- Resolve open technical tickets across the data warehouse and Power BI environment
- Develop and optimize backend data logic and ETL-style workflows
- Perform root-cause analysis to resolve complex data discrepancies
- Work autonomously to move quickly from issue identification to resolution
- Maintain and improve the stability of the existing data infrastructure
Requirements
- Proven experience in backend development with a focus on data warehousing
- Strong proficiency in Power BI and data visualization support
- Expertise in designing and managing ETL processes and data pipelines
- Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of technical tickets
- Must be physically located in Canada to be eligible for this role
