Role overview

Sinch is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager III to drive growth and enhance customer engagement. In this senior role, you will leverage the Sinch Customer Communications Cloud to implement sophisticated omnichannel campaigns across mobile messaging, voice, and email channels. You will be responsible for scaling digital acquisition and optimizing the user journey for a global client base.

This is a Full-time position based in the US. The role operates in a Remote capacity. This is not an Internship. The salary range for this position is 100,000 USD to 120,000 USD per year.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage omnichannel campaigns utilizing mobile messaging, voice, and email to drive customer engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI and improve conversion rates across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and revenue targets.
  • Oversee the deployment of AI-infused communication tools to personalize the customer experience at scale.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar senior marketing role.
  • Strong expertise in managing complex omnichannel campaigns and digital communication tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing optimizations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across global cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
