Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the architectural framework for technical documentation across the organization
- Align documentation strategies with biotechnology and diagnostics product roadmaps
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies to optimize content delivery workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy
- Establish standards for documentation scalability and accessibility for global markets
- Evaluate and integrate new documentation tools and technologies to improve efficiency
Requirements
- Extensive experience in technical documentation architecture or solutions design
