In this role, acting as an AI Pilot, you will build interactive browser-based applications within a hybrid AI-human environment. You will collaborate with Tendem Agents to automate repetitive tasks while providing the architectural judgment and engineering expertise necessary to ensure high-quality software delivery.

This is a Freelance position based in the UK. The role is Remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the region. This is not an Internship. The offered salary for this engagement is 71,945 GBP.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain interactive browser-based applications for the Tendem project
- Collaborate with AI Agents to streamline development and handle repetitive coding tasks
- Provide high-level architectural judgment to ensure scalable and efficient app design
- Perform rigorous quality control and code reviews to maintain engineering standards
- Implement full-stack features using JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Node.js
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-stack web development with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Strong backend expertise in either Python or Node.js
- Ability to work independently in a freelance, remote capacity
- Experience building complex, interactive browser-based applications
