In this role, acting as an AI Pilot, you will build native and cross-platform mobile applications within a unique hybrid AI-human environment, collaborating with AI agents to streamline development and focus on high-value engineering tasks.

This is a Freelance position based in the UK with a Remote work mode. This is not an internship. The offered salary for this engagement is 77,891 GBP.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality native and cross-platform mobile applications for the Tendem project.
- Collaborate with AI agents to automate repetitive coding tasks and accelerate development cycles.
- Implement responsive user interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience across iOS and Android.
- Integrate complex APIs and backend services into the mobile frontend.
- Perform rigorous testing and debugging to ensure application stability and performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in mobile development using React Native, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid AI-human development environment.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as a freelancer.
