Job details
This is a Part-time, Remote role with occasional onsite requirements in the Midlands region, specifically Baginton, Coventry. The salary range is £25,200–£30,000 GBP pro-rata for 3 days per week. You will work on ARC, a 360-degree feedback platform, and other Trust products designed to transform educational leadership and student engagement.
Responsibilities
- Build and shape two internal products: ARC and student feedback tools
- Develop features using Ruby on Rails backend and React frontend
- Collaborate with Trust leadership to define product roadmap and features
- Maintain and optimize application performance and user experience
- Participate in occasional in-person meetings in the Midlands
Requirements
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and React frameworks
