Job details
This is a part-time (3 days per week) position based remotely with occasional in-person days in the Midlands, specifically around Coventry, West Midlands. The salary range is £25,200–£30,000 pro-rata (equivalent to £42,000–£50,000 FTE), paid in GBP. Responsibilities
- Build and shape ARC leadership development platform and student feedback tools
- Develop full-stack features using Ruby on Rails backend and React frontend
- Collaborate with trust leadership to translate education needs into product features
- Maintain and iterate on products based on user feedback from colleges
- Participate in occasional in-person collaboration days in the Midlands
Requirements
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and React development
- Proven ability to build and ship full-stack web applications
- Understanding of RESTful API design and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
- Passion for mission-driven work in education or social impact sectors
