This is a full-time, remote position based in the UK, specifically targeting candidates in or around Birmingham, West Midlands. The salary is £60,000 GBP. As an early hire in a growing AI startup, you will take ownership of the entire product stack, developing modern AI-powered features, improving platform architecture, and working closely with leadership to define technical strategy and product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Develop and scale a modern full-stack AI platform from the ground up
- Build AI-powered features and intelligent workflows for production use
- Improve system architecture, performance, and platform reliability
- Collaborate directly with founders on product strategy and technical decisions
- Take ownership of the entire product engineering lifecycle
