Signe + is hiring a Full Stack React / Node.js Developer to join the Digital department of a pharmaceutical company in Ile-de-France, France. This remote position focuses on building and maintaining business-critical web applications that comply with GxP regulations, 21 CFR Part 11, and Annex 11 standards. You will work with modern JavaScript technologies including React, TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS to deliver compliant, scalable solutions for the pharmaceutical sector.
Job details
This is a full-time, remote role based in Ile-de-France, France. The position offers a salary range of €40,000 to €45,000 per year. You will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from design and API implementation to unit testing and industrialization of regulated pharmaceutical applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop front-end applications using React and TypeScript
- Build back-end services with Node.js and NestJS framework
- Design and implement REST APIs following OpenAPI specifications
- Write comprehensive unit tests for application components
- Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and Annex 11 regulations
- Contribute to industrialization and deployment of critical web applications
Requirements
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript for front-end development
- Strong experience with Node.js and NestJS back-end frameworks
- Knowledge of REST API design and OpenAPI specification
- Familiarity with GxP or pharmaceutical regulatory requirements preferred
- Experience writing unit tests and maintaining code quality
- Fluent in French; English is a plus
