Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of an enterprise-grade AI platform on Microsoft Azure.
- Manage a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver scalable and secure GenAI solutions.
- Develop and implement agent-based systems to automate and optimize complex business operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI product roadmaps with organizational business goals.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices for AI security, governance, and performance tuning.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a technical lead in Generative AI and machine learning engineering.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services and cloud-native architecture.
- Strong proficiency in building agentic workflows and integrating LLMs into production.
- Experience with Power Platform and its integration with AI services.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of mentoring senior engineering talent.
