Job details
This is a 6-month Contract position based in the United States, available fully Remote. The role requires 2-4 years of software development experience with Python and AWS services. Candidates with active Public Trust clearance are strongly preferred. The salary is $83,593 USD. This is not an Internship. Developers will work on contact center AI solutions leveraging Amazon Connect and generative AI technologies in a cloud environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy GenAI applications for contact center solutions using Amazon Connect
- Build and troubleshoot AWS Lambda functions with Python for cloud-based workflows
- Implement generative AI features in CCAS (Contact Center as a Service) platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into AWS infrastructure
- Maintain and optimize cloud-native AI applications for performance and reliability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2-4 years of software development experience with Python programming
- Hands-on experience building and troubleshooting AWS Lambda functions
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud architecture patterns
- Active Public Trust clearance preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
