This is a full-time, remote position based in the UK with a salary range of £70,000–£90,000 GBP. The Growth Product Marketing Manager will lead experimental marketing strategies, optimize conversion paths, and scale customer acquisition channels for a rapidly growing developer tools company.
Responsibilities
- Own growth strategy and execution across Bitrise's product portfolio
- Design and run experiments to test new channels and audience segments
- Drive activation and conversion optimization for new user acquisition
- Analyze growth metrics and iterate on campaigns based on data insights
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on product-led growth initiatives
- Build scalable processes for reaching and activating developer audiences
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing roles
- Proven track record building and scaling growth functions in B2B SaaS
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and experimentation
- Deep understanding of developer tools, mobile development, or CI/CD platforms
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously in remote teams
- Experience with product-led growth strategies and funnel optimization
