This is a full-time, senior leadership position based in the US. The role operates in a Remote capacity, allowing for flexibility across the region. This is not an internship. The offered salary range for this position is 230,000 USD to 310,000 USD.
Responsibilities
- Lead the forward deployment engineering strategy to accelerate customer onboarding and product integration.
- Oversee the deployment of large-scale GPU orchestration and inference optimization for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into platform improvements.
- Manage and scale a high-performing team of deployment engineers focused on the AI economy.
- Drive the technical execution of complex AI/ML infrastructure projects from pilot to production.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in technical leadership within cloud infrastructure or AI/ML domains.
- Proven track record of deploying complex software solutions at an enterprise scale.
- Deep understanding of GPU compute, storage, and networking requirements for AI workloads.
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both engineers and executive stakeholders.
- Experience building and managing engineering teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
