This is a full-time, remote position based out of Hillhead, Glasgow City Centre. This is not an internship. The annual salary range for this role is £54,000 - £94,000 GBP.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement operational models to improve IT service delivery.
- Align ITIL principles with automated CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
- Manage Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes and release control frameworks.
- Optimize service desk tooling and identity platform integrations.
- Develop technical improvements using Full Stack Java capabilities.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance and stability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an ITSM Consultant or Technical Improvement Consultant.
- Strong proficiency in Full Stack Java development.
- Deep understanding of ITIL principles and governance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with change management and release control.
- Ability to integrate service management processes with DevOps tooling.
- Experience defining and documenting target operating models.
