Responsibilities
- Drive the frontend technical direction for user-facing digital services
- Ensure all development complies with established technical governance frameworks
- Oversee the creation of accessible and robust user interfaces
- Mentor frontend developers and conduct rigorous code reviews
- Collaborate with stakeholders to accelerate service delivery timelines
Requirements
- Extensive experience in lead frontend development roles
- Proven track record of delivering accessible digital services
- Ability to obtain and maintain BPPS security clearance
- Deep understanding of modern frontend frameworks and best practices
- Strong experience working within government or highly regulated environments
