This is a Full-time, Remote position based out of Mc Lean, Fairfax County. This role is not an internship. The salary for this position is 130,390 USD. Candidates must be able to obtain a public trust clearance; sponsorship is not available.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of secure, scalable cloud-native applications on AWS
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and direct contributions to the codebase
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers to improve technical proficiency
- Define and enforce technical standards and best practices across the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with federal clients to translate requirements into technical specifications
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Full-Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of cloud applications
- Deep expertise in AWS services and cloud-native architectural patterns
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring engineering teams
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with federal stakeholders
