This is a Full-time, Remote position based out of Tysons Corner, Fairfax County. This is not an Internship. The salary for this role is 151,080 USD. Candidates must be able to obtain a public trust clearance and will not receive sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of secure, scalable cloud-native applications on AWS
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Define and implement technical standards and best practices for the development team
- Contribute directly to the codebase through hands-on full-stack development
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders to align technical solutions with project goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in a lead full-stack development role with a strong technical background
- Deep expertise in designing and deploying applications within the AWS ecosystem
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal public trust clearance
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring engineering teams
- Experience with cloud-native architecture and secure coding practices
