This is a full-time, remote position based out of Tysons Corner, Fairfax County. This is not an internship. The role offers a salary of 151,080 USD. Candidates must be able to obtain a public trust clearance and will not receive sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of secure, scalable cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Mentor a team of developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Define and implement technical standards and best practices for the development lifecycle.
- Contribute directly to the codebase through hands-on full-stack development.
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Developer or Architect in full-stack environments.
- Deep expertise in AWS cloud services and cloud-native application design.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance.
- Strong proficiency in modern frontend and backend frameworks.
- Experience leading technical teams within federal or highly regulated sectors.
