Working closely with an Engineering Manager, a Product Owner, and a team of three developers, you will balance rapid prototyping with deep architectural planning to deliver high-value AI solutions for the company's clients.

This is a Full-time, Full Remote position based out of Lyon, Rh么ne. This is not an internship. The offered salary range for this lead role is 45,000 EUR to 60,000 EUR.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development of a new Generative AI project for company clients.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Manager and Product Owner to define project roadmaps.
- Design and implement scalable software architectures for complex AI integrations.
- Develop rapid prototypes to validate new features and technical hypotheses.
- Mentor a team of three Full Stack developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Balance high-velocity feature delivery with long-term technical stability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Developer or Senior Full Stack Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.
- Backend expertise in both Java and Python programming languages.
- Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of Generative AI and LLM implementation.
- Ability to make critical architectural decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
