Responsibilities

- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers to maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
- Optimize high-impact systems to ensure reliability and efficiency at scale.
- Drive engineering ownership and best practices across the backend development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Senior Platform or Backend Engineer working on large-scale systems.
- Proven track record of influencing technical architecture and making high-level design decisions.
- Strong proficiency in backend programming languages and distributed systems design.
- Experience building or maintaining platforms that support AI or machine learning workloads.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining close team collaboration.
