This is a Full-time position based in the US. The role is Remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States. This is not an Internship. The offered salary range for this position is 112,000 USD to 140,000 USD.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the partner ecosystem and increase platform adoption.
- Manage ongoing relationships with key agencies and technology partners to ensure mutual success.
- Collaborate with internal sales and product teams to align partner offerings with platform capabilities.
- Identify and recruit new high-potential partners to expand the Pantheon market reach.
- Track and report on partner performance metrics and revenue growth contributions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of the open web ecosystem, specifically WordPress and Drupal platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing high-level stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive partnership strategies.
