Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor PHP development team on technical decisions and best practices
- Design and architect scalable backend solutions for health tech applications
- Drive software development initiatives and ensure high-quality code delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps
- Conduct code reviews and implement engineering standards across the team
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional PHP development experience
- Proven experience in technical leadership or lead engineering roles
- Strong understanding of backend architecture and scalable system design
- US Citizenship or Green Card required; no sponsorship available
- Must be based in the United States and available for East Coast hours
