This is a Remote, Full-time contract position based in California, US. This role is not an internship. The salary range for this position is 125,457 USD per year.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements from various units into technical decisioning solutions
- Develop and implement decisioning logic to deliver relevant offers to customers
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure business needs are accurately captured
- Manage the end-to-end testing process for all decisioning logic changes
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables for a two-year contract duration
- Document technical workflows and business rules for decisioning systems
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical project management or business analysis
- Ability to translate complex business needs into logical technical specifications
- Experience with decisioning engines or automated offer management systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail during the testing phase
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating across multiple business units
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
