This is a Full-time, Temporary contract position for a duration of 8 months. The role is based in Toronto, Ontario, but offers a Remote work mode. This position is not an Internship. The salary range for this role is 60,000 CAD to 72,000 CAD.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software quality across multiple platforms.
- Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with product development teams to define acceptance criteria for new features.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains intact after updates.
- Validate user interfaces across various mobile and web browsers for consistency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar software testing role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and QA methodologies.
- Ability to create detailed test cases and technical documentation.
- Experience testing web and mobile applications in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
