This is a full-time, Remote position based out of Gipsyville, Hull. This role is not an internship. The annual salary range for this position is £58,000 - £98,000 GBP.
Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and document high-quality web applications.
- Maintain and support existing software systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new technical features.
- Implement scalable database schemas using MySQL or Postgres.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and peer reviews.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of commercial software development experience using PHP.
- Minimum 1 year of commercial experience working with NodeJS.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming techniques.
- Strong experience with relational databases such as MySQL or Postgres.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with the Symfony framework is highly beneficial.
