This is a Freelance contract position based in The City, Central London, offering a Remote work mode. This is not an internship. The role offers a competitive salary range between 143,000 GBP and 169,000 GBP.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern, scalable web applications with a primary focus on the frontend
- Implement robust backend logic and API integrations using Node.js
- Ensure responsive and accessible design across all user interfaces
- Write comprehensive tests using Jest and Cypress to ensure application stability
- Collaborate with the team via Git and manage deployments through CI/CD pipelines
- Integrate complex APIs and explore AI-driven enhancements for the platform
Requirements
- Active SC Clearance is mandatory for this position
- Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript with proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue
- Strong experience with Node.js and designing REST or GraphQL APIs
- Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles
- Proven track record of implementing CI/CD workflows and version control with Git
- Experience in building secure, high-performance enterprise applications
