Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions using the SMART platform
- Design and optimize AI Contact Centres and Staff Copilots for public sector clients
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure measurable outcomes and system scalability
- Implement AI-native architectures to improve efficiency in social care and public services
- Maintain and update existing AI models to ensure high performance and accuracy
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior AI Developer or in a similar machine learning role
- Strong proficiency in AI development frameworks and Python programming
- Experience working with Microsoft ecosystem as a Solutions Partner
- Ability to design scalable AI systems for complex organizational needs
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of delivering measurable technical outcomes
