Responsibilities
- Design and implement Generative AI solutions to optimize the insurance claims lifecycle.
- Lead rapid experimentation and iteration cycles to deliver production-ready AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing workflows.
- Develop scalable AI architectures that handle complex insurance data sets.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an AI Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer in a professional setting.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI frameworks and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant data science libraries.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced experimental environment.
