This is a full-time, remote position based out of Topeka, Shawnee County. This is not an internship. The annual salary for this position is 158,019 USD.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services for AI-enabled healthcare platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electronic health records (EHR) with cloud infrastructure.
- Optimize application performance to ensure high availability and security for patient data.
- Develop and maintain robust APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange across health platforms.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Backend Developer in an enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in cloud computing, specifically with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Experience building secure, scalable applications handling large datasets.
- Deep understanding of software architecture patterns and backend system design.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
