This is a 1-year contract position based in the United States, fully remote. The role is a W2 engagement through Xylo Technologies for Mayo Clinic (Req ID: 37404408). Salary is $104,945 USD annually. The BI Developer will own the semantic layer, build cross-platform reports, and work fluently across legacy and target technology stacks as the organization transitions from SAS to MCC and Power BI on Google Cloud Platform.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the semantic layer for enterprise BI architecture
- Build and deploy reports across Power BI, Tableau, and SAS platforms
- Manage data integration from Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery via MCC
- Support migration from legacy SAS systems to modern cloud analytics stack
- Collaborate with Mayo Clinic stakeholders on reporting requirements
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in business intelligence and data visualization
- Expert proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SAS
- Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery
- Experience designing and implementing semantic layers
- Proven ability to work across legacy and modern data platforms
- Must be eligible for W2 employment in the United States
