This is a Full-time, Remote position based out of Hagerstown, Washington County. This role is not an internship. The salary range for this position is 116,975 USD per year.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable software solutions using C# and the .NET framework
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Perform comprehensive code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability of the codebase
- Maintain and optimize existing software systems for the Department of Veterans Affairs
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the production environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior .NET Developer or Software Systems Engineer
- Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET Core or .NET Framework
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
- Experience working with relational databases and API integration
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
