This is a full-time remote position based out of Billings, Yellowstone County. This role is not an internship. The salary for this position is $100,132 USD. Candidates must be able to obtain a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-level technical planning and architectural design for .NET applications
- Develop and maintain scalable software solutions for the Department of Veterans Affairs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior development staff
- Ensure software security and compliance with government standards and protocols
Requirements
- Proven professional experience as a Senior C#/.Net Developer
- Strong proficiency in the .NET framework and C# programming language
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
- Experience with technical planning and software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
