This is a full-time, remote position designed for an experienced software engineer capable of handling technical planning and high-level development tasks within a secure government environment.

This is a Full-time remote position based out of Fargo, Cass County. This role is not an internship. The salary for this position is $102,363 USD per year. Candidates must be able to obtain a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical planning and high-level architectural design for government systems
- Develop and maintain scalable applications using C# and the .NET framework
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality
- Ensure all developed software meets strict security and compliance standards for the VA
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in C# and .NET development
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level software solutions
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Experience working with government contracts or the Department of Veterans Affairs is a plus
