This is a remote position based in Canada. This is a full-time permanent role and is not an internship. The salary range for this position is 110,000 CAD to 145,000 CAD per year.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure to support global data capture services.
- Automate deployment pipelines to increase release velocity and system reliability.
- Optimize cloud resource utilization to ensure cost-efficiency and high performance.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate infrastructure with application requirements.
- Monitor system health and implement proactive alerting and recovery strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cloud Infrastructure Developer or DevOps Engineer in a senior capacity.
- Strong proficiency with major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of networking, security protocols, and cloud compliance standards.
