Role overview

Inato is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join their mission as a Tech for Good company. In this role, you will help build and maintain the world's first clinical trial platform, ensuring that pharmaceutical companies can efficiently connect with a diverse population of doctors and patients to accelerate drug development.

Job details

This is a Full-time position based in France. The role operates in a Remote capacity, allowing for flexibility. This is a professional senior-level appointment and is not an Internship. The offered salary range for this position is 70,000 EUR to 90,000 EUR per year.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure to support the clinical trial platform.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
  • Optimize cloud resource utilization to ensure high availability and cost-efficiency.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to streamline deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
  • Maintain security standards and compliance across all cloud environments.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks proactively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or DevOps Engineer in a senior capacity.
  • Strong proficiency with major cloud providers, specifically AWS or Azure.
  • Experience managing containerized workloads using Kubernetes or Docker.
  • Expertise in automation tools and scripting languages for infrastructure management.
  • Solid understanding of networking, DNS, and cloud security best practices.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a global team.
