This is a Contract position based in Canada. The role is operated as Remote, allowing for flexibility across the region. This is not an internship. The offered salary range for this contract is 135,200 CAD to 187,200 CAD.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-scale financial applications using React.js
- Architect and implement responsive, performant user interfaces for banking clients
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate Java and .NET Core microservices
- Optimize frontend performance to ensure a seamless user experience
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices
- Translate complex financial requirements into scalable technical solutions
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience with React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level applications in fintech or banking
- Strong understanding of state management and frontend architecture
- Ability to work effectively in a contract capacity within a remote environment
- Experience collaborating with Java or .NET Core backend ecosystems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in UI implementation
