This is a contract, remote Full Stack Developer position based in Farringdon, Central London. The role offers a daily rate of £156,000 to £169,000 GBP annually (approximately £600-650 per day). You will work with HL7 FHIR R4 and UK Core standards, building healthcare technology solutions that meet strict regulatory and security requirements. The ideal candidate brings proven full-stack development experience with Azure cloud services and .NET frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack healthcare solutions using .NET and Azure cloud services
- Implement HL7 FHIR R4 and UK Core interoperability standards
- Build secure, compliant applications meeting healthcare regulatory requirements
- Integrate SNOMED, ICD-10, and other healthcare terminology systems
