Job details
This is a contract position based in the UK, offering a fully remote work mode with the option to work from Dublin. This is not an internship. The role requires a commitment of 24 hours per week (3 days) for an initial 6-month period. The salary range for this position is 130,000 GBP to 143,000 GBP.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and Ansible.
- Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Python and Node.js.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and deployment.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure system reliability and architectural integrity.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks to increase efficiency across the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Software or Cloud Engineer in a global environment.
- Expertise in Python and Node.js for backend development.
- Strong proficiency with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible for Infrastructure as Code.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD practices and automated testing frameworks.
