This is a Full-time position based in the US. The role operates in a Remote capacity. This is not an Internship. The offered salary range for this position is 150,000 USD to 200,000 USD.
Responsibilities
- Design and build the internal AI Enablement Platform to improve company-wide productivity.
- Develop scalable software, tooling, and automated workflows for AI adoption.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and R&D leadership to define project goals.
- Implement AI-driven features that provide meaningful and measurable efficiency gains.
- Lead the technical execution of the AI initiative from conceptualization to deployment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a strong track record of delivery.
