This is a Full-time position based in Canada. The role is Remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the country. This is not an internship. The salary range for this position is 185,000 CAD to 210,000 CAD.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI-driven features to detect and prevent identity and payment fraud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production environments.
- Optimize AI experiences to reduce false positives and improve detection accuracy for fintech clients.
- Develop robust backend architectures to support real-time behavioral biometrics and device intelligence.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall technical roadmap of the AI Experiences team.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in software engineering with a focus on AI or machine learning applications.
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready code in a high-growth fintech or security environment.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages and distributed systems architecture.
- Experience working with large datasets to derive actionable insights for fraud prevention.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high collaboration standards.
