Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test high-quality software solutions to meet business needs.
- Analyze and resolve complex performance issues to ensure system stability.
- Take full ownership of tasks from initial requirements gathering through to final testing.
- Create detailed technical user stories that translate functional requirements into actionable tasks.
- Identify gaps in functional specifications and propose effective technical solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement and change across the entire software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a senior software engineering role with a track record of delivery.
- Strong ability to translate complex functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing software performance and scalability.
