Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software applications.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to identify technical requirements.
- Develop robust cross-domain solutions to support VA data modernization goals.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure all developed software meets stringent government security and suitability standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a strong backend focus.
- Ability to obtain and maintain United States Suitability or Public Trust clearance.
- Strong proficiency in designing scalable, secure enterprise-level applications.
- Experience working with government agencies or large-scale public sector projects.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
